🔑 Your privacy
Your privacy is vitally important to Just Treatment and we take looking after it very seriously. Below is all the information you might need on your data, where it lives, what we do with it, and how to remove yourself from our database.
What data do we have of yours?
If you signed one of our petitions, we have your email address, and if you gave it to us, your name and postcode. As you get more involved in Just Treatment, we may end up with several other pieces of information about you - like whether you've been affected by the issues we campaign around. We never amass your data for the sake of it, or share it with anyone for any reason.
Where do we store your data?
We work with a non-profit organisation in the US called Action Network to host your data. Their platform allows us to send you emails, and organise effectively around access to medicine issues. We also build custom tools to help our activists organise more effectively. These tools are hosted on Google, Amazon Web Services and Zeit.co. They are popular cloud hosting providers and all use industry-standard encryption to protect your data.
If you'd like to have all of your data removed from our hosts, please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll remove your data as soon as possible.
