support striking
nhs junior
doctors!

From Saturday 24th to Wednesday 28th February, junior doctors working in the NHS will once again take strike action. They are demanding fair pay after more than a decade of real terms cuts, which are driving doctors out of the NHS. They are striking because the government is still refusing to take the necessary action to solve this crisis.

As NHS patients, we stand in full solidarity with all NHS workers fighting for better pay and conditions - which are vital for both the welfare of staff and the safety of patients.

Here are 4 actions you can take today to show your support for our junior doctors 👇

🐤 Tweet at the
Health Secretary 🐤

If you’re on Twitter/X, use our pre-made message to tweet directly at Health Secretary Victoria Atkins and call on her to get back round the negotiating table and find a fair resolution to the dispute.

🎥 Record a video
message of support 🎥

We need to amplify our solidarity far and wide and ramp up the pressure on the government. So we're planning to create powerful videos featuring NHS patients talking about why they support fair pay for NHS junior doctors - and we want you to be a part of it. If you're up for sharing a video message of support, click to watch our intro video and to record and submit one of your own!

🗣 Amplify powerful
patient voices 🗣

Just Treatment supporter Mathew was on LBC radio over the weekend, speaking about his support for the junior doctors. He lost his mum after an 11-hour ambulance wait, but he knows this is not the fault of NHS staff, it's the fault of years of underinvestment. Help us get Mathew's powerful interview far and wide by sharing on social media!
