What is happening?

Each day we hear of new tragic cases of care workers dying from Coronavirus. At the same time we are hearing of testimonies from front line NHS workers who are having to whistle-blow because of unsafe work conditions due to a lack of personal protective equipment. This is not only putting the lives of NHS workers at risk, but also increasing the risk of spreading the infection to other NHS workers and to people attending hospital for non-coronavirus realted care, many of who will fall into the “at risk” category.

What are we doing?

We are calling on the government to provide proper personal protective equipment to keep health workers safe from Coronavirus.
